Very disappointed. I spent $250 there for myself and daughter. My nails were lumpy and after one day they looked like they already needed to be refilled. Rude people, nothing like the owners before. Also won’t take eftpos, only cash. Dodgy nails, dodgy business. Won’t be going back!

Would never go anywhere else. Jenny is the most amazing nail tech. Professional, quick & 100/10 job. I am a fussy client and I am so happy every time I leave. Amazing salon great girls work here. You won’t be disappointed. Definitely recommend nail land diamond creek.

A client and myself attended today for tips/sns and a basic paint. We sat down and both were started at the same time. My basic 2 coats and top coat were applied and I was told to put them in front of the fan next to me. For the next 30 minutes I sat with my hands in front of the fan while my client had her sns done. Sns was finished and dry well before my basic nail polished, and we had to sit a further 10 minutes while they were drying. After deciding to leave (although nails were still wet) I noticed tiny bubbles in the paint. When I mentioned it to the lady she offered to fix them but we had already been there an hour and couldn't stay any longer, but she blamed me and said my nails were too close to the fan. Upon paying full price and leaving, I bumped a nail, and the polished slid off in 1 piece.This has never happened when I've done my nails myself so I found it quite odd, and although not expensive, would not go back to this salon.My client also mentioned to her tech that there was a bump on her nail and the lady said don't worry. She buffed them before doing the top coat but the bump was still very visible. The nails were also filed very crooked, so my client is also unhappy with her nails.

I always get SNS & am happy every time. I like that there is usually no wait time.

I had a pleasant experience here on a mid week day. It was nice and quiet, very relaxing, staff were lovely and I was happy with the results on my manicure, pedicure and shellac!

Taken over by new owners. Poor service. Had SNS done and after day 10, 3 of my nails broke. Went in to get them removed as I could tell the quality wasn't good. Was charged for having them removed, after I tried to explain that they were not done correctly in the first place. Save your money and go elsewhere.

this place is so bad i definitely don’t recommend coming here, they made me bleed, the nails are actually didgusting, they swapped nail techs every two minutes, the french tips are disgusting never go here tryst me and save your money

One of the workers was Horrid really rough didn’t ask me what I wanted and was rude. One of the other girls was doing my nails and she just took over and made my nail way too thick. Would not recommend

Service moves at a glacial pace. Do not come here unless you have hours to waste. I had my feet just sitting in the foot bath water for over 20 minutes before I was attended to. A customer who walked in 15 minutes after me without a booking got served before me. They also left a ‘5 minute mask’ on my legs for 15 minutes and now my legs are burning and red.They weren’t even that busy, 3 staff and only 4 customers.
