Do not go with this company!Over a year later and the door is still not finished. After many calls,messages and emails nothing haha. They have done such a bad job that the concrete posts are loose, the panels on the sides do not fit after they measured it 4 times so there is a gap where people can see inside. Flashing has not been done what a nightmare.They will reply to this review to say to email them but when you go to email them they never reply back. Save yourself the disappointment.It actully wasnt the wind that blew out the garage door it was the broken old fence they forgot to take out that pushed it out of its tracks thats the part they seem to want to forget hahaLook on facebook reviews for a videoIf you actually read our messages you would see that we have said that we wanted everything else to be finished but you have not replied to any messages how are we suppose to get things fixed when the job hasnt been finished

Recently purchased from Factory Direct Garage Doors. Theirprices were great and the delivery was rapid. From start to end, they were professional, reliable and customer focused. My order was for a timber look door and they were able to give me the door that I envisioned. James from initial visit and quoteto Mark for taking the order, and Mark who installed the door, I had a great experience overall. Highly recommended

Initial installation: pricing was brilliant and initial installation was completed with great care - specifically the installer had to go back to the factory and create a special connector which could attach securely to the wall due to the specific dynamics of our garage door entry - this was done without any charge, the installer returned two days later as he initially suggested and the installation was completed and everything looked and worked great. What I really need to rave about is the after sales service. Unfortunately my wife dinged the garage door a couple of months after we had it installed - they came out next day to fix and there was no charge involved. Then we had a problem with us not having enough remote controls - this was sorted and we now have extra remotes for the unit and they sent out a new one at nominal charge. Finally yesterday (1.5 years after first installation) it seems one cable jumped the pully as one of the hinges caught and the door went all crooked. I called at 9am - they were here by 4pm - fix was quick and again they took care to ensure that all was straight and neat and working perfectly. Today was post warranty period - charge for labour only $149 - no charge for parts. Cannot fault them - brilliant pricing and brilliant - prompt - service. Thank you for a great experience all round.

Factory Direct Garage Door (“FDGD”) finally solved our garage door collapsing nightmare . Our existing sectional door started giving us issues in July 2020. Friends and family advised us to go back to our door manufacturer. Door was fixed twice in 2020 and gave way at the end. Colin and Mark did us a great favour by delivering a new door to us within 2 weeks we placed our order. They even raised the height of the door when opened. Quality of the door panel from FDGD is thicker and motor is super quiet compared to our old door. The best part is door was delivered two weeks before Christmas. If we go with our existing door manufacturer, we have to wait until February 2022. Best Christmas gift ever!

Recently had a panel garage door installed by Factory Direct Garage Doors to replace the old tiltadoor. James gave us a great price and Mark did a great job in the install and fixed the problem with uneven floor and track. I will recommend them if you are looking for a new garage door.

After you have paid Customer service absolutely terrible, no one replies to emails they just ignore you hoping you will go away!I would hate to see if anyone would need a warranty claim, you can’t complain about the customer service there is none.We had a few issues with our garage door install and still hasn’t been rectified since December 2021This were the issues bellow:Hi James,We have had our sectional door installed on Wednesday, and we have a few issues.The jamb trim on the left side is a little short.When the door is closed there is a gap on the left side of the door, can something be done with this ?Is it ok that the motor doesn’t have a bracket holding it,As it moves around when the Door closes/opens?Hi James & Michael,There is still a 30mm gap When the door is closed there is a gap on the left side of the door, can something be done with this ?Hi Guys,Just touching base as I haven’t heard back from anyone..it seems like the taper on the door is on the wrong side?Can you please reply ?
