Traveled to Sydney from Canberra to pick up the wedding bands on the weekend. Levon had sent us photos of the rings but nothing could prepare us for what we got! They make really beautiful jewellery pieces, however, the customer service I received was appalling.I asked to look at a bigger diamond ring say 1.2ct, the lady insisted to show me and only try a much smaller 0.8ct one, saying that was and should be enough for me.That is not how you should treat your customers.
