Anyone who has experienced purchasing a home, knows just how stressful the process can be. Even more so when the property is a new development which can be complicated with land subdivisions, new titles etc.Both Matt and Daniel especially from Contact Lawyers were exceptional in handling my purchase of a new town house. They were on the ball in keeping in regular contact with my bank and the vendor's solicitors. An issue arose which almost delayed my settlement (my bank's fault) and they went above and beyond to help provide a solution and rectify the issue. Honest, transparent, direct and no legal jargon. Couldn't recommend enough and will be directing all my legal issues here in the future.
