I've uber eats these pretzels twice now. Once when I was violently hungover and today after an exhausting day at work. Both times the pretzels were delicious, warm and comforting, both times the person who packed my order left me little notes! You can tell love goes into making them and the service is amazing. 1000/10 you have made my day xx

I recently visited this pretzel store and was impressed by the fresh, soft, and chewy pretzels. The variety of dips and sauces added extra flavor to the experience. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this store for a satisfying snack.

Very cute pink interior that immediately caught my eye as I walked along chapel street. Ordered the cinnamon glazed, which tasted like cinnamon buns. While I appreciate the generous sprinkling of sugar, I do feel that it's a bit excessive, since the glaze itself is already plenty sweet. Can't shake the excess sugar off because they stick to the glaze, so I'd suggest asking for less sugar if you get this one.The pretzel itself was pretty big and filling, though a bit burnt. There was a bit of wait time, but that's understandable since they make them to order.

I visited this pretzel store with my coworkers, and we all had a great time. The store had a great variety of flavors, and we ended up trying the bacon and cheddar pretzel and the cream cheese pretzel. Both pretzels were fresh and delicious, and the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The store was also clean and well-maintained, making it a great place to enjoy some pretzels with coworkers. Overall, we had an excellent experience at this pretzel store and would definitely recommend it to others.

Had a long wait cause pretzels are made fresh but the biscoff crunch was quite delicious. Chewy, sticky and crunchy all at the same time. If you like biscoff you'll definitely like this. The server was a little bit rude but it was fine.

Late night pretzel craving so sent my husband out for a cookies and cream. No regrets it was absolutely delicious and I think acceptably priced at $9.50

Super cute store specialising in one thing - pretzels! Absolutely love the interior of this store - everything from the walls to the decor is pink! You can watch the pretzels being made and baked fresh from the kitchen, and it smells insanely good!They do both sweet and savoury pretzels here. We got the cookies and cream sweet pretzel and the lot savoury pretzel. Both were super delicious - the savoury pretzel was basically like a personal pizza! Their smokey chipotle aioli is a must try too!Thanks for having me!

Such a cool environment! Loved the decor and location. Staff wasn’t very friendly but the pretzels were amazing. We got the peanut butter Oreo and glazed cinnamon. They didn’t last long enough for me to get a photo! So good!
