Came in for a car battery, every staff member was disgustingly rude. Guy named Geoff was condescending and arrogant. The manger is just as rude as his staff. Have always used Battery world but I won’t be coming back ever again after today’s experience

Took my vehicle there as it had issues on start, they done a full battery check for no cost, finding and rectifying the issue.Have been buying my batteries from them as they had the best pricing last i checked, but now will be using them regardless.In short, great range, knowledge & service. Highly recommend.

Nothing is too much for these boys. Always very helpful even told me I’m old enough to get a pensioner discount. Not sure out to take that one but I took the discount anyway and very good prices. I recommend all the time. Thanks boys

Highly recommended these guys to anyone in need of a new battery or having battery issues. Customer service is phenomenal they are knowledgeable and friendly and will share battery care and information with you to extend the life of your battery. They are called Battery World for a reason, they know their stuff so why would you go anywhere else for your battery?Special mention to Peter for taking the time to explain the reason behind my batteries end of life and help me start my car with ease to get me back on the road all within 20 minutes. Thanks Battery World Cairns you have a new lifelong customer.
