What amazing service and food! I recently had a first date here.. We were greeted by Laura who was friendly, professional and gave the best client experience! Overall the food was fantastic but the service really made our evening :) We had Olives, Salumi board, Burratta, freshly baked foccacia and a bottle of Balter Sauvignon Vallagarina. We were too full to order pizza so we will be back to try the pizza next time! Thank you Laura for the wonderful experience and DOC we will be back again to try the pizza!!!

Best pizza in Sydney so far! And the staff is attentive and polite. A very nice atmosphere to have a drink before dinner.Best dessert: pizza with nutella!!

DOC Pizza - Surry Hills
We went to the same place in Melbourne and really loved it, That's why we decided to go to DOC in Sydney. Although they have a pretty similar menu, the food isn't as tasty as in Melbourne. Don't get me wrong, is a great place but we had great expectations considering what we enjoyed in Melbourne.

So many great authentic italian pizza in Surry Hills - I ordered fromDOC a gluten free pizza, the base was crisp and satisfyingly chewy, topped with fresh quality ingredients. Perfection!

DOC Pizza - Surry Hills
DOC pizza in Melbourne was an amazing experience. So I visited the Sydney branch. It was really terrible here. I ordered wine, but the bug got in and asked for a new wine again. The man who seemed to be the owner treated me like a nuisance and told me to just drink! He asked me back why I wanted new glass of wine because of that one bug in my wine.. I won't come here again..The pizza taste was also average.. Nothing special.

This gotta be one of the best pizza bars in Sydney!The pizza is fluffy fresh and on point!Very happy with the espresso martini! I Forgot what the orange drink was but it was pretty good too!The tiramisu dessert is made of 1/5 cookie in the bottom layer and 4/5 cream on top... if this is your ratio then it is a good dessert.I was hoping to eat more tiramisu cake and not whipped cream. So don't order it. If you want a proper dessert go to a dessert place after dinner.

Pizza and service was great! We ordered the San Daniele and Cornuto pizza. We definitely enjoyed both but the San Daniele one was amazing , simple but great quality. Would definitely come back and get it and try another one !We ordered a glass of l’acino chora Rosso wine and one of barbera wine . I really liked the l’acino one.Overall great food , would definitely come back !

Omg! This place is AMAZING! If You’re looking for authentic Italian pizza look no further. This place is the real deal. From the proper Italian chef to the delicious sauce, mozzarella cheese and chili oil. I love a margarita pizza and this one certainly did the trick. I said I wasn’t going to eat the whole thing but it was too good not to. If you’re in Sydney and want a proper pie then definitely add this to your list of must try restaurants. Kudos to the chef for the food and wonderful service (even though I showed up just before closing)!

We went out for a group dinner last night and every waiter/waitress that served us was exceptionally nice, reassuring and engaging. Not to mention great pizza. Thanks DOC!
