Had the misfortune to be towed here by NRMA.WOWWhat an adventure ...day one..yes mate no worries will have the brake line replaced in the morning.Day 2..having trouble getting the part...i can make oneDay 3 ..will be done in the morning..have to take it to my other factory and make part.Day 4...Sorry mate cant help ya...by that stage i was a little angry and went out the front to cool down... All this time cooling my heels in a motel and 4 days to tell me he has no clue...so i swore a bit on the phone..his wifey dear took it i was swearing at her and went crying to him ..he came out and threatened me and swore his head off..very professional..not..Day 4 ..Took car 300 meters down the road to another guy..shipped part in and was back on road in 3 hours.Cut this story short..but the message is clear..stay clear of this frigging idiot.

Hands down the best mechanic I've ever had. John is always friendly, honest and able to fix the problem. I never feel like I've been overcharged and John is always looking for ways to keep repair costs down. If only more people in service industries were like him.

John and his team really helped out when we had a family emergency and needed to get our car fixed as we where on our way home when our car broke down. The extra care and extra mile that John and his team did to make sure we had a positive experience was nothing short of excellent. Would highly recommend.
