Gallery Homeware

I did not use this store.I parked in the shared parking zone for the businesses in the area of Gallery Homeware, I was there to use another business and was told to park elsewhere by staff of Gallery Homeware. There was no one in Gallery Homeware and the parking was not labelled as restricted, there were no indicators in the carpark about where to park. When told to move the staff member was blunt and rude.Ironically, while using other businesses in the vicinity, I had looked at Gallery Homeware and considered buying from there but now I definetely will not. Other businesses in the area draw in many more customers than Gallery Homeware and generate exposure that could be beneficial to Gallery Homeware, by alienating these customers Gallery Homeware sales will surely be impacted.

I strongly recommend that you do not buy from this company. Despite following up 9 times about a purchase made at the start of February, I have had no response. Service is extremely poor & clearly they are not reliable to deliver what you have paid for.

Excellent range at good prices. Helpful staff.

Terrible quality and very poor customer service! $3,000 for a bed that needs to be thrown out after a couple of months.
