Went in with a dead iPhone and walked out with a brand new one for $216. The service was fantastic, I got served as soon as I walked in the door. It took 5 minutes for my new iPhone to be set up for me even though my warranty has long since expired. I thought I'd check Next Byte out after visiting an Apple store to be told that there was nothing they could do for my iPhone but they would be happy to sell me a new one! I can't recommend these guys enough, they have been a life saver for me! Many thanks again!

Arranged everything on the telephone with staff member. Got into the store to pick up replacement phone and they told because it had a few scratches on the case it would not be covered by warranty and they wanted me to pay for a replacement. took it to Apple in the city and they changed it no problem in 10 minutes Kudos to Apple and a big disappointment from Next Byte -- WONT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM
