Received a quote for a bathroom reno. I requested it to be itemised. Was told they can not do that. I asked them to adjust the quote as I was to purchase all fittings including tap ware, laundry tub, basin and vanity, and mirror cupboard myself. They removed $100 only. (Must have been some bargain they were picking them up for). I then asked for the price they were charging me to have the asbestos removed and an inspector assess it. They again said they won't itemise the account and they could no longer fit my job in anyway, due to lack of staff". I informed them I had the bathroom checked and THERE IS NO ASBESTOS in there. They were trying to rip me off for products

Contacted BEP and told them what the problem was and they sent a person who was unable to purchase the stuff required to fix the problem and still charged the fee. Aside from that the service from the initial phone call and contact was good.
