Had fantastic customer service from Murray this week when I turned up a couple of hours before closing for a long weekend with an unexpected problem with my car while I was travelling for a family holiday. Even though they were busy, Murray took my car in and immediately identified the problem and went out of his way to get it fixed there and then so I could be on my way. If I was a local, this business would definitely get my business from now on.

30000 kms service on my UteI not only found them rude, but for the last two days my near new Ute suddenly has puddles of oil underneath. Clearly they haven't tightened the sump cap up properly...And my van a week before, booked in the an overheating issue/coolant leak, he said book it in for a service and said we'll do it all at once. So now I have a Van that's been serviced but still can't further than 15km... All other issues found weren't even mentioned until at payment.

My 105000 service was done on my Rav4. Murray and the younger guy whose name I don't know were as always 100% excellent in respect to everything - I needed a new battery and was contacted with a quote for the new battery which I authorised. I would always recommend MyCar Wangaratta.
