Disappointing today. Apparently “how ya going?” means can I help you !!!Standing there waiting I eventually asked who can help me and and I was told “we’ve already asked you”.Reluctantly I was served by Brittany with no niceties whatsoever.

I've had self esteem issues my entire life. I came here and was so uncomfortable at first but Madeleine was amazing! I'm a pear shaped woman so I've never had much up top but Madeleine helped me by finding my perfect fit. I bought more than what I had intended and I love my new bras. They have even helped with some of my back pain. Thank you so much! I'll be back for sure!

Bought some shapewear here on advice from the attendant. Took it home and unfortunately it didn't work with the item I planned to wear it with. I took it back 2 days later and explained to the attendant and she gave me a full refund, no questions asked! Although Bras and Things have a money back guarantee, I wasn't expecting it to be so easy to exchange something like shapewear, but it was no hassle at all. Great service thank you.

waurn ponds BNT: the staff are usually disinterested in service dont even say hello, offer no fitting service. I would not shop at waurn ponds store at all if the geelong cbd had more stock. compared to the geelong store woefully lacking in customer service at even a basic level.
