Greeted on arrival by Craig with enthusiasm. He provided relative information and cut to the chase. He gave handy tips on his own accord and from his 35 years experience owning chickens. Chickens are in good health and the environment was in good condition. Highly recommended.

We are new to the chicken world and knew nothing about owning a few chooks in the backyard. The lady that looked after us and sold us our girls and accessories was fantastic. She had all the advice under the sun, NO pressure to buy anything at all and was a really nice lady to deal with. Highly recommended. And our chickens are doing fantastic that we bought from there. Thanks!

We bought 4 hens on Thursday and by Friday noon, we were gifted with 4 eggs. We are so happy and decided to get our 5th hen on Saturday. The ladies are happy, healthy and settling in very nicely though they are a bit of divas and complained if we don't let them out to forage by 3.30pm. Craig and Christian are so helpful and happy to answer all my questions as beginner in chooks raising. Thanks Craig and Christian. When it is time to get new ladies - we will definitely go to Laymour again!

Bought 3 chicks here, 2 of which had a type of bird flu that not only killed the other chickens in my coup but also led to my kids getting very sick.I have since heard that another family had the same issue.I would not risk this again.

We bought 2 chickens and supplies from the farm as first timers. Christian was very friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of information without pressuring us to buy anything. Would definitely recommend the farm.

Laymour has been my go to for years. I travel a little further to get to them as I know I am going to a reputable and lovely family business that have a real passion for what they do. I love to visit with Amy the cat each time I go too! Susan and Craig are highly knowledgeable and are always happy to take the extra time to answer any questions I have.
