Kind, Gentle, Caring, and very polite. When they noticed a knick on my thumb they wasted no time making it better. They also play movies for entertainment which I enjoyed. The end result is beautiful. I will definitely be returning. They accept cash AND card which is wonderful.

I’m so disappointed and sad. These people are ripped off! I got charged $145 for full set shellac and just normal gelish pedicure, they don’t even clean my nails.I will never come back there. Hopefully, your business will shut down. Don’t come here guys not worth it. They will get what they deserved. I have my receipt in my bank and a set of pictures the proof of what they did to me.

Avoid if possible!!! First of all it is not worth the $60 for a pedicure when the massage chairs didn’t even work and it felt like it was a rushed job. They charged to take my friends shellac off and in the process of taking it off cut her toe. So much so she couldn’t even put it in the nail lamp so she had to get a normal colour instead (which looked uneven). They rushed it and she didn’t even get a foot massage. Our meant to be relaxing afternoon turned out to be a stressful one. Definitely won’t be returning!

I was charged a whooping $75 for a fresh set of acrylic nails with basic shellac on top. Such an outrageous price! The most I have ever paid for this was $55. However usually between $35-$45 at most places.When I questioned them, I was told it’s because they removed my shellac…which is absurd. $20 to remove shellac?Do they charge that each time you go there on top of doing the job?They also got me to send them money via a bank transfer and wouldn’t take EFPOS - even though before I went in, I told them that I only have EFPOS.I’ve never in my entire life had such a sketchy experience..Never going to this place again. Feeling fooled, tricked and manipulated.

Not even worth the 1 star. Booked an appointment for my bridesmaids (5) at 12, were here till 3. The hand filing and electric filing was painful, it even made me bleed. Time management was absolutely awful. The pricing was ridiculous!! $125 for shellac manicure and pedicure full set… The hand washing area was filthy, yuck.It was supposed to be a fun, enjoyable expensive for myself as the bride and bridesmaids. I wish I read the reviews earlier.. this place is a joke.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. A BLIND MONKEY COULD PAINT BETTER THEN THEM! they cost me the price of a small car. When I’m for a pedicure and the boss lady practically attacked my toes. After I questioned what she had done, she yelled WHY SO RUDE. They make you pay mid way through because they clearly know the survive is not worth paying for. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! RUN DON’T WALK!

Do NOT go to this nail salon. Went in to get acrylics done and whilst the shaping was nice she made almost all my nails around the edge bleed! My fingers are still very sensitive and sore days later and red and swollen, could potentially get an infection. NOT a good look. Furthermore I asked for just gel done as it was $50 and once my nails were done Vanessa said that it would be $60 all up I asked why as I had only gotten gel done and she told me she added shellac on top! I had NOT asked for this. Further she tried to make conversation with me about taxes and stuff and proceeded to ask my what my annual salary is? SO RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. At the end she made me pay in cash. I never carry cash on me and she proceeded to make me withdraw money from the ATM which was not my own bank so I was charged a fee for that! If you're going to have cash only then bloody put it on the front door!!

Had a horrid experience at this place!! Went for a standard gel manicure and was charged $50. 2 days later, the colour on one nails started peeling off. 4 days later , 3 of the other nails started peeling. When I returned to ask why this happened, they started yelling at me. Both the owner and her brother were extremely rude and started blaming me for the colours peeling off within a few days, accused me of picking at my nails, having unusual nails which are not compatible with gel polish! Finally offered me a $15 refund or I pay $17 to get the entire manicure done again. Will never return to this place again! Please avoid at all costs.

Went in at 9am and waited until 9.15 when they actually opened. Asked for a manicure and toe nails painted, there was only.1 worker at this stage. 2 other people walked in after me for manicures, they were both done by the lady prior to me. I was in there for and hour and a half, due to the other worker arriving and working on other new customers while I sat and continued to wait and was charged $145 for shellac nail polish and gel overlay on my natural nails (on my hands only and shellac only on my toes) I’ve never been charged so much for paint on my toes and gel on my natural nails. I would have been happy to pay this had my nails not have been left in a horrible state afterwards. I paid for a manicure but my cuticles were not touched, she ended up cutting me with the blade on one finger and I was left with the gel and polish all over my fingers and hands. The owner told many customers half way through their service they had to go and get cash out also as they don’t accept card. This should be discussed prior to the service, as should the price because their pricing information doesn’t reflect what they actually charge.I will never go back. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

$110 to simply get my nails (fingers and toes) painted. My nails hurt a few days after because they were so aggressive when they filed off my old polish. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
