I was after a few bits of home office furniture and equipment and went to Egans for assistance to find something suitable and within my price range. The staff members Mary and Marina were helpful and also Chris who was really helpful by taking some of the furniture out to the car and helping me fit it all in! In summary, friendly and helpful service and I would certainly go back again.

Stumbled across an Egans listing for used Artek 66 chairs on Facebook Marketplace. Their sales coordinator, Bronwyn, was very helpful. Fantastic to see a company giving used (I call it 'character') but otherwise perfect furniture a second life for reasonable prices. Walked out of the showroom with timeless pieces of design from Eames/Vitra and Artek.

Great customer service. Went to get a chair for my work office and the staff approached us and provided us with great options with good discounts and affordable prices. Most of their office chairs looks still quite new even though they are second hand. They have a good variety of other office furnitures as well. Highly recommended. We will back for other office furnitures we need in the future.

I have little experience with this company fortunately. If their business ethic, or lack of, reflects their quality of service I would steer clear.I wasted three hours on a work site induction which was UNPAID, and I urge you not to do the same. Not sure if that is legal but I know it certainly isn't fair.Many attempts were made to offer my services for work after training. Phone calls were never returned and emails not answered. This lack of courtesy and dodgy business practice is shonky and unprofessional.

They were super friendly and helpful. I bought an office desk in a week and could only pick it up the next week and they held it for me without any hesitation. Amazing employee team and customer service. I would definitely recommend and return whenever I need more office furnitures!
