I wish i could give negetive rating. Before Australia post used left card in letter box instead knocking the door.But since i moved in the vicinity of Mitchell post office, i am not even getting parcel (we missed you) card. Last 9 times in a row i didnt receive parcel card, email or text that my parcel is at post office. Every time i had to check seller/shop's provided tracking number.When i complained about that they simple said its not possible. And ignored me completely.

Why don’t the delivery drivers knock on the door or ring the door bell? Or just leave the parcel? I work full time from home and would have answered. Instead I’m left with a card for a place that’s only open 9-6? This is unbelievably frustrating.

Auspost pull your service together and deliver goods to the door. I had an expensive bag left at my door and cheap goods delivered to Mitchell. 15 min drive, 30 min waiting in the line to get a cheap product. Third time in a row. Totally dissatisfied.

Not sure why they always send me the card instead of dropping my parcel to my home when I am still home.. so worst people to deal with. They are rigid and rude.

They send my parcel to this place everytime instead of sending it to my home. I am at home when they are delivering. Everytime they deliver on Friday, so I have to pick up my parcel next week.

I'm in a wheelchair and can't get to the door in time to collect the parcel if the drivers ever knock which they don't! I have a authority to leave at my door with Auspost and these ppl still don't do as they've been told!Your service is trash, I had somebody go today Friday at 515pm to collect and your business was closed already even when it says you're supposed to be open to 6pm.Aus post is a joke! your driver's are totally incompetent and your service is atrocious.

Absolute joke that it is only open 9-5 week days. Pre covid you could actually pick up parcels at times that work for the average person. How are people who work full time supposed to pick up their parcels?

They tried to deliver to the wrong address. When I wasn't there, because I don't live there, they took my parcel to the business centre. The rude person on the phone hung up on me and they won't own their mistake. Useless, unsympathetic and want me to pay a fee to fix their mistake. At my job, I go out of my way for customers, often fixing Australia Post's mistakes. I hope this company goes bankrupt.Frankly, how do I know my parcel wasn't stolen?
