I can't speak highly enough about the service I received from Lisa at Australian Medical Supplies. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and was able to answer all my questions. They care about their customers and due to current COVID restrictions, Lisa organised for my purchases to be delivered direct to me. My product was packed and out of their warehouse for delivery on the day I ordered it. If that wasn't good enough, their prices are competitive too and their online purchase platform is simple and easy to use. Amazingly helpful and excellent service!

Can not tell you what their products are like as you have to pay up front. I really dislike a business that treats you like a thief when i have been ripped off from many services and businesses but never ripped them off. On NDIS i have to pay on an invoice and will not pay until the product is in WA as i am sick of delays of 6 months or more after you pay for products.
