No customer service, can tell the staff are purely there to maintain their scan rates and not answer questions or provide any kind of assistance, even the manager was too busy serving to answer one question, also unable to multitask by scanning and answering a question at all. 1 star, usless service.

Manager Amandeep needs to learn how to approach customers and try not to create a scene in front of everyone. I felt really offended infront of my child and other customers. May be his training was insufficient he argued more than just solve the issue as a true manager should. I guess Aldi is picking up anybody from the streets to run their stores.

Always finding a way to rip u off. Now it's charging u for a credit card when it's a DEBIT card yes only 10 cents plus get. But it's dishonest. First time at aldi Mundaring double swiped the skillet I bought when it was made known to them they said it would be paid back to my account . IT NEVER WAS.

Tuesday is a good day, quiet and peaceful. Aldi is a great shop if you are not afraid to try the brands they supply. Like most supermarkets they have had challenges with supply. They do their best to fill their shelves.

Great. In and out no difficulties. Everything I wanted was available. I love the prices. Staff was courteous. I get a giggle from the names of items. I also helped an elderly couple. They were looking for something on sale on 22/08/20. Showed them how to read the catalogue.

Usually a nice shopping experience, but not today. Found I was overcharged on truss tomatoes as they were called gourmet tomatoes. When I go back will I be able to complain and get a refund. Hope so!Well we did go back and yes we were able to return and rebuild our tomatoes at the right price...missed the I'm sorry part. With the cost of fuel not really worth the effort.

Aldi always has great specials and I love their special buys! I do recommend checking out on the website for particular special buys and shipping times as some times they're delayed.

Very poor customer service. Not even a hello from the man who served me. Didn’t look like he wanted to be there. Sometimes I don’t want to be at my job either but I don’t act like it!
