Each time Ken has always been very friendly and has the time to answer my queries or fix any issue I may have. He's very knowledgeable and I wouldn't go to any other computer shop now. Ken is a rare find.I have been going to his store for quite a while (over 12 months,off n on )with little or major computer issues. He has ALWAYS attended to my issue on the day. If it was complicated ,he would say leave it with me and i shall call you. Pick my unit up when finished with a very competitive fee for his work. Comparing some of the other people I have been to.If you have an issue with your computer please give Ken a go to advise on your problem ,you will be very surprised

I called yesterday and was told an HP battery was available in stock! Today I visited and the service was fabulous. Jay helped me also reconfigure my Outlook account which was problematic. I'm very happy with this company and would recommend them.
