Have had very unsatisfactory dealings with Johnny, the director and office in effective control of The Realest Estate.He blatantly lied & has defaulted on his obligations. Highly unethical real estate agent who's conduct is not becoming to his industry.Complaints to Consumers Affairs have also been lodged.

Johnny is very professional the way he goes about his business. I’ve used several agents in the past and Johnny by far is the best I’ve used. I would not recommend renting from this company. When we moved into the property there were marks all over the walls, a brown liquid running down the inside of the pantry, and a wet dog smell that didn't go away for over a week as there was no ventilation after the carpets were steam cleaned. Any issues that arose over our 9 month tenancy were responded with blame and little effort to help us. When we moved out we were told we needed to pay $800 for a cleaner to re-clean the property (we already had a professional in) stating there were marks on the walls, the carpets hadn't been steam cleaned (even though we had a receipt). The marks were already there (I have numerous photo's as proof) and the carpets had no stains or marks but apparently had fluff on them (not sure why that requires another steam clean?). If you do rent from this company, I would make sure you get the property report before moving in (they sent ours a month after we'd moved in so it was pointless) and document every mark/stain/scratch with photo's so they don't try to blame you for them later.

Working with Johnny and his team at The Realest Estate was an absolute pleasure. He made the rental process effortless and enjoyable from start to finish (especially during these challenging times in the rental market!). Johnny's attention to detail and responsiveness were outstanding. What set the team from The Realest Estate apart was their genuine passion for helping prospective tenants as well as, I'm sure, the property owners. I highly recommend The Realest Estate.

We were referred to Tania by a friend, who also used their services, over 2 years ago. We have been trusting them with our investment property ever since. We always had prompt and informative responses to our questions as first time investors and also received timely notifications and actions to any issues that arose throughout the tenancy period (i.e roof leak, window leaks etc). They care for our property as if it’s their own so that gives us a lot of comfort to know that any damages and mistreatment of our property will not be overlooked. We also had the opportunity to work with Johnny recently with renting the property and he has been wonderful to deal with with, informing us on how the process was going frequently and he helped successfully find tenants not long after the existing tenants moved out.
