Charmaine Dunn Counselling
I have been seeing Charmaine Dunn for over 7 months now for trauma counselling. She uses the EMDR therapy technique which has been 100% effective in getting me to deal with my trauma and other personal issues. It’s amazingly effective in getting you to be insightful and Charmaine helps you navigate and understand the emotions that come up, addressing the challenges, and effectively arriving at an outcome that leaves you amazed and so positive. I highly recommend Charmaine and her EMDR techniques.

Charmaine is an incredible counsellor, and has helped me more than I could have ever imagined. I’ve still got plenty to work through, but my quality of life is 10000% better than it was before our sessions. She has the kindest soul, and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!
