Hands down one of the best soft tissue therapy treatments I’ve ever had! I’ve been treated here multiple times now by Colin Frost and have left feeling much better than when I arrived every single time. Colin really digs deep into what the actual issues are and what’s going on with your body. Not just physically, but he pin points exactly where the problems are occurring and addresses them cautiously. Every time I come in for a treatment I learn something new from him and also about myself. It’s like a learning experience and treatment all in one. I’ve just recently started up my competition prep for the biggest powerlifting event in Australia (Big Dogs 3) and can already feel the massive differences in the work he’s done on me so far.
