Australia Post - Brisbane Market LPO

I came in to buy stamps for Christmas cards, although it is a small post office but it’s packed with beautiful gifts for Christmas as well as many other postal needs such as stamps(of course) padded bags, envelopes, Australiana gift items, greeting cards, collectable Disney toys, the cutest collection of door stopper.They even have service for Western Union to send and receive money locally and internationally.

Truly one of the rudest customer service people I’ve ever come across.Refused to put tape on my parcel that I had just purchased at his store because it’s ‘not his job’ and ‘people have been too nice to me’. I asked for my parcels back as I was worried he wouldn’t post them. He told me ‘I’m not a pack n save’. A terribly rude man. As I was talking to him he walked off and told me to leave him a 1 star review so here it is. Try to give your customers a basic level of kindness next time grumpy old man.

Being a local business, came in to do my passport. The male employee was just a bad piece of work. First thing he said to me when I walked in 'What do you want?' - WOW!!Then proceeded to be condescending and was extremely unhelpful. Told him 'its been a pleasure dealing with him' and when he said 'I don't know about that' replied back to him 'Nah you really are not' and walked out. Piece of work this guy. Went elsewhere to sort it out.

On various occasions attending this post office, I have experienced extremely rude and indignant behavior from the male owner. His customer service is appalling and offensive! If it were possible to give a worse rating I would. It is such a shame that in these trying times, we cannot treat each other with kindness and respect...

Took OVER one month for my parcel to be transferred from this LPO to a post office 10 minutes away. The opening hours of this post office are ridiculous and the hours advertised on their delivery cards are inaccurate.Unable to contact via phone as their number is disconnected.I was on the phone to AusPost's customer care no less than 7 times and they were also unable to get through to them. Multiple fax documents sent from AusPost to them to deliver my parcel. I had to be escalated multiple times due to the absolute lack of communication not only to myself but to the actual AusPost centres.Do yourself a favour if you care for your time and communication and DO. NOT. have parcels delivered here. How they're allowed to operate still despite all the negative reviews is astounding.

They decide to now close half an earlier than advertised on Google and AN HOUR AND A HALF earlier than their own sign !!! Without any further notice, sign or even bothering changing on Google. Wasted trip.

Would give it zero stars if it was an option. Besides the fact it has the most ridiculous hours of business... being it closes at 3.30pm everyday! The lady that works/runs this office would have to be the rudest most unhelpful person I've ever come across in any business!My advice; Avoid having anything delivered there at all cost.

Went in to place an order for 8 large parcels to be delivered to Melb. Male attendee. Big ego..wouldn't let me say 2 words.Rude response: Speak up.Cant hear you!Bad attitude. Bad for service and business. You having a bad day Mr.male?? Stay home stop being a bully. Correct that red neck attitude you carry around.It wont take you far in the coming times.Disappointed for Aus Post. Qld.Good organisation.Poor quality workers.Doesn't deserve 1 star either.

I have been going to this Post office for years now and always have a good experience from the staff. Standing in line waiting for my turn I have seen really rude and unpleasant customers giving the staff a hard time and the staff deal with them in a professional manner.

Constantly getting ticketed. I’ll be home all day waiting for a package to arrive only to find that the delivery driver was too lazy to come to my door and deliver the parcel. Spending so much money over the months having to come in to collect parcels even though I have paid for delivery. Also PLEASE update your phone number as the current one is disconnected.
