After being dumped by the ex-Conveyancer one day before the settlement, causes inconvenience for me, as the Vendor, the Real Estate agent and the purchaser, not only Kim is quick to get on my case but also get everything done in 2 days which is unheard of from my experience dealing with many Conveyancers. In addition, she and her legal team, even help me dealing with the ex-Conveyancer who demands for the money after dumping her client at the very end of the process.
