Trueline were outstanding from beginning to finish...we had a carport and back verandah cover built which have not only made our house cooler but transformed the verandah from unusable to a fantastic living area.After several quotes there was no question for me, Peter was not only easy to talk with and respectful, he considered all aspects of the job down to gutters and storm water and including lighting and electrician options. At no time did I feel pressured into anything.When the building team came they were fast, efficient and respectful in my home. They included the dogs in their work day and were so friendly, happy and joyful in their work my son asked if they were having a party! All while getting the job done in half the time I had expected.To top it off the office team seamlessly coordinated communication between the builders and myself and the contracts and financial side of things with polite, considerate and efficient skill throughout.I have great pleasure in recommending Trueline. Our Carport has turned out wonderfully. The whole process was easy and prompt from the quote with Scott , correspondence with the lovely Lynsie to the Men whom were responsible for the build. The carport compliments our house and looks great. We would always recommend Trueline Northern Rivers to friends and family and wouldn't hesitate to call them for any future projects .

We were extremely happy with the whole process and the finished result when we had 2 areas of our large deck covered by Trueline. Scott took the time to understand exactly what we required and to offer suggestions where necessary during the planning process. Trueline organised everything for us including the Council DA. Kent and John installed the roofing and were very friendly and communicated well with us. They were very professional and we were extremely happy with with the end product.
