If I could give then zero stars I would but 1 will do. I purchased a couch in early November and was advised that we would receive it by March and possibly earlier if lucky. My wife is having her 50th birthday in early April and we were expecting the couch to arrive by then. I have now been told it might arrive possibly Mid to late April. I called Plush at Northlands to advise on my concern, if we had been told the ETA would be by late April we would have never purchased this item and looked elsewhere. Plush informed me there was nothing they could do to escalate or offer any assistance, even an offer of a loan couch would of been appreciated as currently it's for a new house and we are sitting on chairs. Have now been informed that Plush has been brought out by another company and there is nothing they can do. I will take this up with ACCC as false information was advised at the time of sale.

Terrible and disgusting customer service. We came in with the ready-to-purchase mindset. We had already determined which sofa to buy but just need few clarifications regarding the leather material but no one responded or even greeted us. These guys completely ignored us.After getting a sale person's attention. He seemed disinterested and didn't want to help us at all. Don't bother to visit these useless and inept morons.

I would never buy a couch from Plush again. It took 6 months to receive my couch when I was told it would be 6 weeks. When I got the couch I wasn’t happy with it and went into the Northland store to discuss it. I was told when I ordered the couch if I wasn’t happy with it they would exchange or refun., I just wanted my cushion changed because the zip is showing on the outside of the couch. I was told that was what I ordered and to go and buy a throw for it! I paid over $2,000 for the couch I wasn’t going to spend more money on a throw I didn’t want. Not happy at all. Would never look at Plush again and I will pass it on to all of my friends when they are looking for a couch as well!Why would someone from Plush reply to my google review asking me to email them so they could follow up? I emailed them and they keep saying someone will contact me when no one ever does? What a joke! Sums up their service. They have no intention of fixing my issue. Don’t ever buy from them. I will never again even though I need another couch.

Due to extenuating circumstances that were explained to plush, they were happy to just take my deposit and leave me with no further communication. Plush has no compassion and does not care about their customers.

AVOID purchasing from here AT ALL COST!!!MISLEADING and DISHONEST info on delivery time, VERY BAD customer serviceI have purchased a sofa mid Jan from here this year. The only reason I have bought it was because the salesperson says the sofa can be delivered in mid April as the delivery ETA moved forward ( I simply walked away when they said the sofa will arrive in mid May)In April, they sent a email to advise me that the delivery has to be delayed to May, which is frustrating. I will never have bought the sofa at the first place if I knew it will take 4 months to deliver as I need it to fit into my current living room. I have used their contact form and called their customer service for at least 2 times, yet no reply nor call back was received. I have visited another Plush store to figure out what have happened. The salesperson snorted and snapped at me Do you know what the world is happening? Deal with it!" And then ranted about her lost in property sale during COVID. I sympathize with her lost as we all took a big hit during COVID

We had a great experience with Kristina, she was very knowledgable about all products. We bought a modular sofa which is perfect for our living needs and very comfortable with great support. Well done for a fantastic service and no hard sale, because you got to know us, our needs and requirements that's why we purchased from you guys.

This is what I got delivered after waiting over 4 months and nearly $6 thousand later. Leather is damaged in three separate sections, plus they delivered the left sided and not right sided lounger as ordered. Wrap protective packing removed and found the leather like this. Could have cried so disapointed

Disgraced at customer service and rude sales people. For the price you’re paying at Plush I’d expect a little more assistance.Went in a few weeks ago and liked a couch but the experience was less than pleasant. We had to hunt sales people down yet the store was EMPTY. We asked ONE question and were brushed off. So we left.Decided the couch was something we wanted to purchase regardless and gave them another try. Only to be approached (a better start than last time) and again we had one question on fabric and we were torn between their couch and another couch elsewhere and the response was snide remarks about going elsewhere where it would be more suitable for us!! Nope no way would I give them my business. You just sold us on another couch elsewhere . Great work.

Don't bother buying from plush, customer service is appalling. We received a broken couch 8 months ago, (broken on the day of receiving) two technicians have come out, both have said it's broken, in calling today to find out where the parts are and what the status is we're told there is no record of our complaint. Ridiculous.

Don’t wast your time with plush. Our sofa delivery has been changed 6 times. Ordered in February. Looking like July delivery. Don’t waste your time or money. Sick of the usual COVID excuse. First it was listed as in transit. Now back to manufacturing complete. But concerned these guys are going to go into liquidation and I’ll loose my money. Avoid
