I found the perfect rug at Hali Rugs Blackburn. Tom and Chenny are wonderful, so very knowledgeable and very helpful. They are both really great at listening to what you are looking for and how the colours work together.I loved the range and options that were available.They even let me take the rug home to check that the colours worked and took my payment over the phone so I didn't have to go back.I will definitely be going back.

We have had a very pleasant experience buying rugs at Hali Rugs Blackburn. The products are of a very good quality and reasonably priced. The customer service is excellent. Tom helped us to choose the rugs and brought the selected ones to try in our home. This was a very good move, allowing us to pick the correct size and match the colour. We were so impressed that we went back to buy third rug for another room, which Tom allowed to keep overnight to see how it looks in different lighting conditions. Tom visited us yet again to cut and install rugs underlay, as our floors are rather slippery. I would highly recommend Hali Rugs Blackburn shop. When I need another rug, I know where to go!

So many beautiful rugs in large sizes! I got a wool rug that is so soft and lovely to touch and it was discounted too! Great variety of elegant colours and textures, very different to the generic rug stores

I visited the Blackburn store together with my wife and although the store was in some chaos due to an overnight water damage incident we received the best customer service we've had in a long time. The two gents who attended to us couldn't have been more helpful in showing us rugs that we'd selected from their website to view, as well as making helpful suggestions based on our discussions.Ultimately they didn't have some of the rugs we were keen on viewing but advised us which of their stores had them and offered to get them in. However we decided we'd visit the Armadale store the next day.Again we received excellent service and chose three rugs, which were brought to our home late the next day(without additional charge or deposit) to view in situ. This was the sealer for us as we could see just how the rugs blended with our decor.Our chosen rug stayed with us and paid for over the phone the next day.Hali Rugs are fantastic to deal with and go out of their way to provide excellent customer service. We have every confidence in recommending them to you if you are in the market for a quality rug/s as well as fabulous customer service.

Very happy with the rug I purchased. Both Chenny and Dan were great with their customer service. I wasn't sure what size to get and was offered an obligation free visit with the rug to visualise it in my space. It looks great and will be enjoyed for years to come.
