Previously, Huntlee (LWP) would have received 1 star due to fact that that is the lowest star able to be given. Based on this experience, my best advice to any future buyer would be to have all communication in writing, although it delays certain things, you will avoid a larger mess at the end. Also be weary that the salesman making promises, may not have the authorisation to follow through or even inform the company of the promises they’ve made.Thankfully, when my Mum and I went into LWP at Huntlee and requested to speak to a manager as we needed answers, Stephen Thompson sat with us and got all the information from us he could to help us resolve the issues. We very quickly realised that the sales man we had gone through made extreme promises that aren’t even in the companies hands to control, but Stephen did attempt to rectify the ones he could and those that he couldn’t he justified. Nothing was too much for Stephen and he was extremely accommodating to our concerns.Although there were many promises made by the sales person, we needed to pick our battles and the continued chaos was not an option.. After this, my partner and I are now back to the relaxed feeling of this fresh start that we get to embark on.

I am Building there was really looking forward to it and so was my family we are on the Huntlee residents face book page and seeing far to many comments abouthouse break n enters cars bieng broken into not really looking forward to moving there when the house is built.

I can see the potential in this new town in the Hunter Valley! So close to the wineries and also to Newcastle and Sydney via the Hunter Expressway. It's already looking great and I'm looking forward to living in Huntlee soon!

Small park. Nice clean cafe.didn't eat there though.They need to add more park equipment & shade covering. No public toilets if cafe closed.

Great place to visit, the dog park is amazing and the convenience store is right around the corner, the cafe near the dog park is just great, would recommend the pancakes ☀️

Small allotments very little off street parking. Neighbouring suburbs have bored youths who investigate the new homes and their properties. Lots of native animals.

Great in theory, however as a Huntlee resident I can honestly say dealing with LWP property group is an absolute nightmare. They will say and promise anything to close the deal. Be sure to read your contract word for word, especially the part about where they can basically put the boundary fence wherever they want as long as they don't detract more than 5% of your property. We lost a significant portion of our land which greatly affected our access and landscape design because according to Huntlee close enough is good enough.
