Tried to organise a green slip on my car today, it was the most Hurrendous experience I have encountered for a long time, the phoned were not working properly, the women kept talking over me, she would not listen to what I was saying, in the end I hung up and went to another company, and it was done in minutes never again NRMA

I have just experienced the best customer service ever. My car was written-off when another driver failed to give way. I lodged the claim at the scene. I was still in shock, at the time, however the person lodging my claim (I think it was Fiona) was so helpful and patient. My car was subsequently assessed as a write-off and again the very helpful staff took me through my options and the process of getting my payment. The online portal for loading documents was very user friendly and hassle free. Yesterday NRMA transferred my payment and today I pick up my new car. This has all been done in the space of a week! I been with NRMA since I got my licence (petrol was 30 cents a litre back then). I now know why. Thank you!
