Customer service over the phone was excellent and even when I missed my appointment they took it in their stride and rebooked to suit my needs. Ross the technician was meticulous with his installation of a new garage door opener and even fixed up some other little bits of the door and runners that he didn't actually need to. Incredibly quick and efficient and gave me a courtesy call beforehand. Highly recommend these guys. So easy to deal with. thank you! the door works a treat now!

Already having issues with the garage door (having to manually help it close) 12 months after moving into a brand new house. They say they will cost call out fee as its outside the 12 month warranty. Disappointing as we choice a new build as we didnt think we would have to deal with issues like this after just 12 months.
