The Retro Vibe
The coolest Retro Cafe experience! They even have a record collection that you may choose from to play. The food and service are wonderful. I always love meeting friends here for lunch!

From outside the venue it looks run down and not very appealing but you must walk in and try their menu. Inside the cafe there's alot of retro charm the staff were very friendly and I had a sensational breakfast . Both meals were fresh and tasty and well presented. Coffee was great too

Very unassuming from the outside, but don’t let that influence you. Great coffee and a delicious, soft and fresh savoury muffin served by very friendly and upbeat staff. Highly recommend!

Always great food, service and coffee!Great vibe pardon the pun and staff including chef.If you're lucky you might see the steam train from the cost deck.Plus dog friendly on deck.

There are many cafe choices in the Victor Harbor area, and Retro at Port Elliot is perhaps the most interesting, and today there was a very lovely young lady on who made me a fine short macchiato. These can be quite hard to make and many baristas mess them up.Nice selection of cakes, I had a generous pecan pie slice, and there is a very good menu.Retro by name, Retro by style...and set in perhaps the street with the best history along the coast here, nearby to where some of Storm Boy was filmed.

One of my favourite cafes to visit in Port Elliot! True to its name with retro decor, furniture and vibe. Funky little quirky trinkets to purchase including some vintage collectables. Consistent friendly staff and a hit for the locals too. Plenty of seating areas. The scones and tea are a huge hit all presented with vintage teaware. Even a few spots to sit out on the decking to view the famous cockle train go by, or relax by the partial sunlit street entrance located on the popular and trendy strand.
