These guys are the best!!I called them on Thursday night for an inspection and I had a senior technician here the following morning.Great response time and great service as they walked me through all the procedures and costings before they started there treatment.Unlike my previous pest control experiences, this was effortless and the job was completed without breaking the bank.Love these guys and would strongly recommend them!!!

Technician Marc turned up at my residence on the day and on the time specified by Theresa from reception.The worked was carried out with great professionalism whilst also showing due diligence to area's that I had indicated to Marc that had been a constant problem to us.Marc efficiently treated these area's and were ant free for many, many month's after completion of work , only now 12 months later are ants starting to re-appear which in turn tells me it's time to have the house done again.In closing let me say it was a very pleasant experience to have Protect do the extermination at my home and say that Marc is a credit to your company and is a well mannered gentleman and conducted himself in a very professional manner.I would also like to add that Theresa in your reception is like Marc a great ambassador of your company , she was very polite and forthcoming with information and help.I ill have no hesitation in recommending Protect to my friends and familyRegardsPeter Stokan

I am a regular customer of Protech and a s result of the last treatment in Feb 22 I found the level of service to be outstanding. The technician was courteous and explained the process without complication. the job was completed on time and to a high degree of success as we noticed within a few days that the treatment had worked as there was noticeable insect and spider remains around the house. Making a booking with Theresa was quick and she answered all my questions she is very polite! Will did a fantastic job we have so many spiders around our place and the cobwebs reduced almost immediately, the inside of our house has been spider free since our treatment. Highly recommend

Used Protech Pest Control as we have a Rodent problem and have tried every type of trap with no luck whatsoever. Within a short time Marc from Protech arrived and inspected, identified and explained the process they use to rid us of this problem. He also surveyed the outer perimeters of the house and advised of any possible entry points and solutions. Marc was very informative and I could tell he's passionate about his work. I cannot express how professional Protech are. We have been using this company for over 10 years and their product never fails.All their technicians are lovely and follow all safety precautions. We have used Protech Pest Control for few years now for a couple of times a year as we have so many trees and get all sorts of spiders - white tail and red backs and with little one in house we can’t take the risk.All the guys in Protech are all very thorough and do such a good job.
