I used Fast Connect when I was moving house in April. No problems at all with moving my electricity and gas to my new place, and they helped out heaps with setting me up with a new internet connection through Telstra in a helpful and non-pushy manner, taking the time to find the best plan for me. Definitely recommend :)

Fast Connect handled our Electricity/Gas & Telstra move and were just so efficient ~ what a GREAT Company to deal with. Their staff are so welcoming, efficient and had no problems changing our date once we were told we could access our new property earlier than arranged. The staff have great Customer Service, followed up with emails not only from them, but from the Electricity/Gas & telephone companies we were dealing with. It was such a pleasure and would highly recommend Fast Connect to anyone who is moving - it was all made so easy ! A great Company !

Fast Connect was very easy to work with as we had to connect power to our home while we were overseas. Communication was excellent and very responsive to all my queries.Thank you Fast Connect, and Olivia who helped me all the way through :)

Signed up for electricity only through Fast connect. I signed up the rest manually as they didn't let you choose the specific plan you wanted.I figured there was only one plan for electricity anyway, so I set that up with fast connect for convenience sake. Turns out fast connect processed it incorrectly and listed the wrong address for the property I was purchasing. In the end I had to contact the energy company directly over phone to fix Fast Connect's mistake. Should've just done it all manually in the beginning and saved myself the hassle.
