Within a short period of time I have toned, I’m starting to see muscle definition, my fitness has greatly improved. The early morning classes suits my work day. The classes are never the same, the work outs are varied and while exhausting a lot of fun.

Why do I love this gym? Because we are able to communicate effectively and we are all given tasks that helps us all learn grow and feel better about ourselves. Victor has not only supported me within the gym space but he also comments and provides positive outlooks to us all here at Victory Star gym. The best gym in Ballarat that is for sure! No matter who you are or what you need, the safe space is what keeps me here.

This place is amazing. Victor and his team provide a safe and supportive environment to get fit. They also encourage people to pursue their goals in boxing and fitness. Best gym in Ballarat.

Kids are so excited to attend the confidence kids program just to have Victor & his team train them. Kids & parents love the excitement, discipline & organisation of the sessions. Owner, Victor & his team are always friendly, caring & helpfeul, going out of their way to make everyone comfortable, feel welcome & have a right to be there no matter what your situation. Never heard Victor say anything bad to anyone or pressure anyone into doing anything they are not willing to do. A very friendly environment. Wouldn't choose anywhere else or a better boxing coach for my kids! An inspiration to parents as well with all the motivation given along the way. Always contactable, fixes any issues (if any would be small) immediately, always listens, always has time for you. Extremely friendly gym, owner & staff. Victor is extremely supportive of everyone from different ranges of life & totally understanding of what they have been or going through. Always goes out of his way. Everyone is treated special eveytime they enter. Fantastic experience everytime you attend.

Awesome morning workouts! No two workouts are ever the same.Flexible options for everyone, no matter your fitness levels if you’re trying to lose a few kg‘s or trying to maintain high fitness levels.There is something for everyone!

Make sure you read the fine print because they aren't forgiving if you don't. The documentation I was provided implied that the plan I was signing up for was a non lock in contract but that has turned out not to be the case, This has prevented me from being able to afford purchasing my first home. After emailing about this issue I was essentially told tough luck. Would not recommend. There are better gyms with better facilities in the area

Unfortunately my experience with this gym was not very positive. I went religiously for the first couple of months, wanting to learn how to box, but instead got hit with a lot of fitness work and very little technique. I was running 5min late one night and Victor didn’t give me enough time to wrap my hands properly and then gave my some punishment push ups to catch up with everyone else. We then proceeded to do some heavy bag punching and I injured the bones in my left hand and wrist. 4 months later and I still have very little use of my left arm. I signed my whole family up for a 6 month contract and at 8 months they are still taking money out of my bank account. Don’t be sold on the positive attitude of Victor at the start, once you sign that contract his things change very quickly.So a month later after I cancelled my contract with them for a second time and they are still taking money out of my acc, not I will need to get the legal team involve and possibly the police as this is now classed as theft. I originally gave this a 2 star on account of the staff being enthusiastic and positive, but have to downgrade this to 1 Star. This is getting pretty pathetic now, very unprofessional.

Absolutely brilliant gym.I'm not bias but VSF Is the BEST gym in town.Everyone is made welcomed apon joining and they directly work with you for your very own purpose of being there.Clean environment, welcoming smiles.Alan and Victor deliver amazing plans and results for everyone and there individual paths.Legends !
