Sisterhood of Surf

This trip was booked as soon as I saw an add for it on my FB feed. At that exact time, I could not have been unhealthier. I do not know why the add was there, I had never heard of a surf retreat and especially one for just women. I messaged Angie immediately and it took off from there. I was able to pay the trip off also, which was very helpful for me. What I loved most was the total connection us girls had from the start, I had never felt anything like it, all of us women looking for the same thing, on a very similar path. And all of us pure adventure women, THAT was very empowering. I thought the zoom introduction was very cool too, a face to face with Angie to have a chat and see if this trip was something that I wanted to do. From the first day, I felt very comfortable with all the girls. I found Xanadu to be such a gorgeous place, perfect for us all to hang out and have as home base. Our first day surfing was so much fun, the beach was super chill to be at and our surf coaches were cool and very helpful. And patient!! LOL. That first day, we all stood up. I was on such a high!! All the surf days were so much fun, very challenging. The other things we did at the retreat such as the waterfall and the cooking with the local women were such a highlight too, I thoroughly enjoyed it all. I have come home happy, healthy and tired!! I recommend this trip to any woman who is looking for adventure, sisterhood, a new challenge..... all of it in an incredible setting that does not break the bank. Angie, from the bottom of my heart I thank you for giving me this incredible experience. I had no idea.... and now it is all I can talk about LOL. I fully support any woman thinking about taking this trip, it is life changing and you will never be the same again. XXX

One of the best experiences of my life. Highly recommend attending their surf retreats. It was well organised, I achieved my goals and made life long friends and memories.
