Absolutely never again! First pedi I had was by an older lady who cut my cuticles so much I flinched, to which my foot was slapped each time. I left with bleeding nails.Giving the benefit of the doubt, I tried again. The same lady... the same treatment. I left with my nails bleeding and toes tingling for hours afterwards. Steer well clear!

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Paid $95 for a manicure and pedicure. My technician did not do a foot scrub and barely did the rest of the pedicure, and I didn’t receive a manicure except for a 20 second moisturiser right at the end of my session. She also switched off my massage chair whilst I was enjoying it and made me reach across to one side of my chair, which was quite uncomfortable, for my fingernails because she didn’t want to move. The paint job is horrible, with paint left on my skin, and she redid my toenails multiple times, resulting in about 7 coats of polish on my toes, which looks ridiculous. Absolutely never going back.

I have had nail services here before that have been excellent. However today the technician cut my skin on my toes, scratched my legs with her fingernails, cut my toenails unevenly, left nail polish on my skin and got red polish on my thongs. Plus someone else’s toenails were left in the seat for me to remove. The floor was dirty and nail dust is everywhere. So disappointing.

First time there. Was able to be seen without an appointment which was great. So many colours to choose from. I had a manicure/pedicure and they were both so GOOD. I got gel colours for the first time, love them as I didn't have to sit and wait for them to dry and I was able to put my shoes back on straight away, which is great during winter. The lady who was doing the manicure/pedicure was very nice and helpful and patient as I have a bum knee which makes things a little uncomfortable when bending it. Will definitely be going back.

Got a voucher for my fiancé at that place in Toombul Shopping Centre.Due to flooding the shop closed.They opened 2-3 new shops at different locations in Brisbane.At any of those new locations they would not honour that voucher or return the money. Their excuse was that due to losing a lot of money to flooding in Toombul they can not honour that voucher . Absolutely disgusting. Not to mention how rude they were over the phone and in person .

Wouldn’t touch these guys with a 10ft pole ever again. Left with chunky, unfinished looking nails that are horrible. Asked for French tip acrylics that were square round and not very long, they didn’t listen at all just wanted to get me out as quick as possible, taking in people when they are already full so they just leave you to start someone else and then rush you through. Can see clearly where the acrylic has been glued, nails are wide and chunky not slime and squared, charged me 80 f*ing dollars when it says $60 and didn’t advise of any additional costs. Huge gaps, wonky tips, paint missing and patchy everywhere 0 stars go elsewhere!

After service at Princess Nails Stafford, I am so surprised at how high they set the bar.I have been here three times and every time they have left me in awe at how much they do for you and the quality of the treatment and the cleanliness of the shop.Each pedicure includes the full massage of the legs/ feet, proper exfoliation, callus removal and paint. They are precise with painting and the massage chairs actually work so well.The facilities are clean and clearly well looked after. It doesn’t matter which technician you get, they have all given amazing service. Love this place!

I have been here before and been happy however yesterday (16/03/2022), the experience was terrible. It was rushed (arrived at 4.15 and out by 4.40. The salon was not busy at the time and there was no one waiting. She was completely disinterested in what she was doing as well as being extremely rough to the point of hurting and cutting my skin. I was not asked if I wanted my nails trimmed - she just 'hacked' into them using the cuticle trimmers" taking the entire corner out of my nail and then ripping this out so far that it bled and is still painful today. I will have to be very careful that I don't develop ingrown toenails. I only asked for clear which was lucky as it was the roughest paint job and

Absolutely amazing service! Perfect nail design and warm friendly staff. Will definitely be back.
