PADDLES AT NEPEAN ROWERS

We went to Paddles for Sunday lunch, had some family from interstate with us. 3 of us ordered the so-called porcetta. One arrived early on and the other two arrived after everyone else was finished. I ordered two porcetta (comes with jus) and an extra gravy (3$ for a ramekin). We got one jus and one gravy, and when I told the server she brought another jus and we had to just hand the gravy around. Server seemed angry and questioned the order.Anyway the pork was disgusting. You could hardly cut it with a steak knife let alone chew it. There was no crackling. The skin was wet leather. Veges were cold and sparse. It really was the worst. How they can serve this and have any pride in it is beyond me.Other meals included dry chicken in tacos, dry and bland fish with undercooked chips and a pasta that looked like it was from a can. These meals all cost upwards of 25$. One of us had lamb cutlets- they said they were fine.Never again. Don't go here. Stay away.

Lovely venue by the river. The schnitzel looked generous and good value for money. Also seems quite popular with other patrons.Parking is easy and plentiful.
