Went there to get my car fixed and roady done but they asked me to wait for another guy to come over and have a look.I waited there for more than half an hour but still they kept saying wait.They didn't even look at my car and I had to leave.

I had no idea I'd even been there.. but I reckon it'd be quite nice ;) I'd like to give it a higher rating but this may cause a false positive. If i ever need a new engine or tyres for a star I'll give it a go.

I went to this place for fixing my car glass on a regular advice given to me by mechanic ( wasim). I would say 100 percent unprofessional guy with little knowledge of mechanics told me to purchase a new glass after I spent $260 and purchased a new one, he refused to fix it.The outcome is that they dont have any respect and importance of time and have poor customer service skills. I know they dont have a standard to pay me $260 back but I would advise others not to go this place if you want to maintain a quality of your vehicle.

Sure it's great and reasonable.But I'm stuffed if I've ever been there. Don't use ubers. Lost the odd phone or two. Makes you wonder.....I'm SURE the driver use my account. I wonder if the passenger did.

I would not have given even one star, very disappointed with their service. They only have little knowledge about what they are doing. I ended up getting my car fixed from other workshop even after paying them. I would not recommend these people even for car servicing.

Poor workmanship from Star Automotive has cost me a lot of money for a simple service, but it could of cost a new motor.The photos show the o'ring missing from the installed oil filter, oil on the ground and under the car after the service.I had to get the car towed and repaired so my daughter in law could get to work.No response from Star Automotive, so I have forward my complaint to Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading.DON'T USE THIS BUISNESS

I’ve done service there for my honda crv 2006And there was issues with my car mechanic wasim bhai fix it for me there another mechanic I don’t no the name however there very good people it’s really good place for us we asian and it’s really cheap compare to other placesThanks star automotive team!
