Dreadful service. The rudeness is astounding. When I have been to collect parcels he literally throws them at me across the desk. Unfortunately this is where couriers deliver my parcels so I have no choice but to go here. Please provide feedback to Australia Post because it is a reflection on their brand.

If I could put a negative star I would. I called the store to ask about their service and was told that the postman was too busy to talk to me. Then they hung up on me and will not answer my return calls.The number for the post office is not operational.This is horrible customer service.

A previous review has disappeared? Today I spent 15 mins standing in the permanent que I had no choice I was picking up a parcel. Customers are treated as idiots, my time is valuable, they do not care. Avoid this place if you value your time. If it were possible I would award no stars

Worst customer experience I've ever had in any business. Rude beyond words. When I asked the woman who approached us and was being so rude if I could speak to the owner, I was told she was the owner! I now avoid going in if possible, but unfortunately I have to collect packages from there sometimes. My husband and other customers were shocked by the treatment we received that seemed to come out of nowhere. Very disturbing encounter.

They are so rude I avoid at all costs going there they don't even make eye contact she is just beyond rude I thought it was just me I no longer make any effort to be polite unfortunately I have no choice but to at times collect registered mail hereAbsolutely Australia Post should be notified their are dreadful reflection of where at the mall Manly I get nothing but the complete opposite they have zero customer service they must be in it for profit everything is such an effort it seems for her .rude rude couple !

Worst customer service I have ever received! The man at the counter did not want to serve me because he was ‘too tired’, even though the store was still suppose to be open for another 40 minutes. All I needed to do was pick up an Australian post parcel which should of been a quick, straight forward process. The man serving was rude, abrupt and did not show any respect towards the customer. I am actually quite shocked about the overall experience! Avoid this place at all costs. Many people I know in the area have had a poor experience there too!
