I’ve had dealings with Roy and many of his staff. The service they provide their customers is second to none. Anytime I ask something they promptly response with the necessary information. Tax time is very easy with them on your side smooth and fast, never takes more than 2 weeks for my return to get back to me.

Met with a spectacularly rude accountant who couldn't be bothered even listening to what my business was before shouting me down about how I was running it wrong--in the first two minutes of the appointment. I cannot recall a worse experience with a supposed professional in my life. The ATO themselves were a thousand times more helpful and personable and didn't have any problem with the perfectly orthodox way I manage my affairs. Don't go here if your business is even slightly unusual, it will frighten and confuse them.
