Incredibly helpful, transparent and honest, she always responded quickly to any question I had regardless of how small. She was prompt in her relies to our queries and requests for inspections etc and displayed a vast knowledge of the real estate market in the overall Redlands area. We switched to Ian and Jo from another agent after a bad experience. Ian was great from the start. No pressure, honest advice and listened to what we wanted and needed. We were living far away from the sale and Ian was able to do the whole process including staging with just a few short phone calls and emails before selling the house in 3 days. Absolutely the most unprofessional organisation I’ve ever had to deal with. Both property managers unprofessional no customer service. After 2.5 years I was still waiting for lights in the lounge room, mould in the bathroom to be removed and a fan in my bedroom to be repaired.Back screen door wouldn’t lock and the main door the same had that problem for 3yrs.Do not understand how they are employed. Would never ever use them as for my rental property or rent from them
