I've been seeing Hardy for years for multiple injuries, back, ankle, knee, you name it. He's always so professional and kind, and most important, his treatment always helps! I've been to some dodgy physios *cough* all sports *cough*. But I don't have one bad word for these guys. Reception staff are always delightful too!

Dont bother with Paul Ohmsen. He displayed the most bizarre form of arrogance Ive ever seen. He performed examinations on me and barely bothered to speak to me throughout the consultation about what issues my hip may be displaying. After 10 minutes of silence he told me I needed an X-ray, and again did not even mention what he was investigating. Despite being put off, I got the X-ray. After calling the practice 5 times to find out what the X-ray results might be, they finally told me the X-ray did not provide enough information for a diagnosis.. Fair enough. They told me I would need an MRI, and that Paul would write me a new referral. I have since called the practice more than 5 times over a 3 week period to get the referral and I have basically been ignored. Im now going through the same process with a new specialist because these people are clearly incapable of communicating with patients, let alone diagnosing or treating their problems. LAME

Physiotherapist Linda discriminates against patients and will only treat patients who have had the experimental covid injection. This is despite the recent evidence that the vaccines do not prevent transmission, and further boosters not recommended for my age due to risk of heart damage.

Absolutely amazing. I suffered an acute painful neck injury. They were able to get me in straight away and the relief was immediate.

I've been seeing Hardy for about 9 months now and he's the 3rd physiotherapist I'd been to trying to assist with recovery from a shoulder injury. He's supportive, asks and answers lots of questions and is knowledgeable. He really cares for his patients and their speedy recovery.I needed surgery at the 11 month mark, so, I will continue now for another lengthy period for recovery from that happily with Hardy.The clinic has so many cool gadgets and a workout gym area for use as well. This is most definitely the place to go if you're recovery from an injury or wanting to keep your body in tip top shape.

Excellent Physios - Not just great diagnosing and treating my injuries but also using their relationships with sports medicial and surgical colleagues to help coordinate my care to the point they will contact them during consults if needed.Also the reception staff/practice managers are very caring, understanding and effective - they also make a real effort to free up appointments to get you in quickly if clinically urgent.Highly recommended.

Finding a great physio is difficult. Hardi Saddler is a professional physio that I would highly recommend. He was referred to me by my knee surgeon who is also highly regarded in his field.

Have been seeing Hardy for 4 weeks now, and honestly the best physio i have ever seen, he knows everything and any question i ask he answers with confidence, would not go anywhere else, highly recommend.
