Hi, My wife and I have had two of your single king sized beds for two nights now and to say we are more than pleased is an understatement.You are to be congratulated on your staff. The two sales people Chase and Shay could not have been more polite, respectful and helpful.The two young men who delivered our beds were also all of the above. Indeed wonderful staff and I’m sure you are proud of them as they should be of themselves.Also we need to mention the lady from adjustablebedsheets. We were after a split queen bed and did the rounds of all the usual suspects. We had pretty much worked out what we wanted when we walked thru the door at Sleep Electric and met Kaitlyn who was brilliant. She explained the options. Told us we could install the split queen inside our queen sleigh base and offered us a great deal on the recently suoerceeded bases. Delivery and install we're prompt. Everyone we deal with was friendly and easy to work with. Kaitlyn held it all together and made the whole process easy. Don't waste your time going elsewhere.

I was very impressed with Brittany one of the sales managers, she helped me a great deal with the various choices I had to make. Now I have the bed I couldn't be happier, it's so quiet. I'm very happy.

Excellent service from first contact, within 1 day the mobile show room arrived at our front door, team members very friendly & helpful. Two days later our bed arrived, fully installed, old mattress removed, no mess no fuss approach, also at no extra charge, we also received free mattress protectors.We purchased the cool memory foam split king, honestly instant relief, wonderful waking up, being able to get up and out almost pain free after only a few days, totally amazing.Finally found the right bed for me, worth the investment.

My experience purchasing an adjustable bed from Sleep Electric was excellent. The mobile show room with excellent salesperson Chase who demonstrated all the features of the bed and was friendly and professional. Kaitlyn, administration officer, was very helpful in expediting the delivery of the bed and also keeping me up to date on delivery dates. The bed is excellent being able to get in and out bed effortlessly with significantly reduced pain when sleeping. Highly recommend buying a bed from Sleep Electric good value for money both in product and excellent service.

My wife and I have had a single bed each for about 2 years now, (side by side) within the massage mode my side started to get a bit noisy and become less effective, we had a tech come out and fix it all up like new again and they’re not even local to us- no questions asked. Not only was our experience in buying the bed fantastic, but more importantly the service is fantastic. I would certainly recommend the product and the after sales service, thanks guys

I bought a Prestige way down here in South Australia. Sleep Electric sales, delivery and service has been awesome. I would not buy from anyone els. The bed has actually changed my life too. With a bad back, getting in and out of bed was what caused the most pain. With the Prestige, it is so much better on my back.

Great service, portable showroom brought to the door. Selected beds delivered next day, assembled while we watched. So wonderfully comfortable we enjoy a nice lie down during the day. (Nana nap)
