Order arrived in 2 days and was packaged beautifully! Would highly recommend!

Quite disappointing experience.Greeted by one lovely sales assistant, whilst the other one looked me up and down, scowled at me & proceeded to talk nastily to the other sales assistant about me while I was looking around all within earshot.Not a great first impression overall & I walked straight back out.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I recently purchased a dress from This store and when it arrived I wasn’t home so it went to the local post office. A few days later I picked it up only to find it was too big. I sent this store an email asking what I need to do and how to return it and they said just put it in the mail with the invoice. No mention of a strict 7 day return or exchange policy. I sent it back the next Day and then received an email that my request had been declined as the item was outside the 7 days returns from when I brought it and that they had returned the item back to me. No mention of an exchange, no mention of a credit note nothing! They just couldn’t be bothered. I sent another email explaining my disappointment and I haven’t gotten anything back. Im now stuck with a $130 dress that doesn’t fit. This is a perfect example of how NOT to run a business. I will never be shopping with these people again

Rude staff, not acknowledged either time have been in this store- staff can’t even crack a smile.

Only ever done online shopping here but what a beautiful range! Ordered late at night and it was shipped before they even opened their doors the next morning, incredible service, great communications & beautiful store. Check out their instagram, can’t wait for this package to arrive and to order from them again.

Worse shopping experience ever! Ask them to hold 2 dresses til next day yup no prblm! Next I call regarding said dresses and inquired to the closure time they said I said great I'll be in before to get them. Go to get them only to find out sales clerk sold my reserved dress online. N I all got was can I help u find something to else n u still wants the other one? Ya NO THANKS, I want the bloody dress I reserved can you do that nope......NEVER, EVER AGAIN will I shop there, n I plan to tell EVERYONE i come across what took place!!
