There was nothing to complain. I just wanted this newsagent to keep up the good work and keep a service mind up. Great service with a little chat and smile is key. It's very likely to have some public services up to online ( bank, for example). Therefore, if people at the front are not up for the game, unfriendly or don't passionate what they are doing, service recipient are likely to do everything online instead of doing with a real person. You guys are great what you doing.
