Just so folks are aware, they don’t sell bread from this location. It’s just a factory. It would be helpful if the owners made this clearer on the Google Maps listing.

Bought from carriageworks...this rye was probably a day old already, and completely without flavour or crust quality. Just appalling. Apparently now selling in Woolies. This is a side project of the very credible Bourke st boys...not sure what's gone wrong here...

I love the bread from this bakery! I tried the seeds loaf and the brioche and the are to die for. The pastries look pretty good too, I totally recommend their products.
