Sunny is extremely rude and arrogant. Tim and the girls at the reception are lovely and friendly but unfortunately Sunny brings the service down. He talks down to you and makes you feel worthless. You can never speak to him as hes always away or busy and messages or calls never get returned. Its a shame as they really had a lot of going for them and never had issues with previous agents or staff.
