when we went in the lady told us it was an hour wait for food but other people were still ordering and receiving food, when we asked we were told there wasn’t a wait to start off with, and complained about the hour wait, we didn’t even receive menus we had to ask for them , told that no one was ordering but we watched people walk in sit down order and still receive food before we were even “allowed” to order.once we ordered they messed up the order the bacon was so over cooked it was rock hard, they only put half of the description of the meals on the menu which i think is wrong due to allergy reasons.was down right a horrible experience and won’t be returning

Today we visited the Pioneer Settlement as a family. We were delighted to find the Spoons Restaurant and took a table outside. The menu was varied and we all found something to order. What happened next was disastrous. Meals were served spasmodically over the next 1hr 15mins, with the last person having to request take away so we could make our river cruise. I cannot understand how toasted banana bread or turkish bread sandwich could take more than 1hr to prepare and serve, and a bowl of french fries takes more than 45minutes. If you do go here make sure you aren't in a rush or hungry. Ps the restaurant wasabout a third full, so clearly the kitchen wasn't overrun.

Great food with a view of the river.If entering from Pioneer Settlement side door locks and they expect you to walk all the way back to entrance to enter park againTip: Climb or put kid over fence next to Sppons door and unlock from Pioneer Settlement side. Saves a 10 min walk.

Fantastic venue that has reopened in Swan Hill. Great coffee and food. Great Atmosphere with lots of people around for long weekend in Swan Hill!

Great outdoor seating viewing over the Murray river. Staff are friendly. Food is tasty! We got the chilli scrambelled eggs with smoked salmon, chicken honey mustard pie with mash, chicken Sundried tomato pasta, and the breakfast board!

This has to be without a doubt one of the best eating spots in swan hill and surrounds! The slow braised lamb with roasted vegetables was to die for while my wife had the steak burger which was fantastic! The coffee was delicious, and the white choc and raspberry cheesecake was phenomenal. I would post a picture of the desert but it was so good we ate it before photographing.The staff were fantastic with very prompt and professional service. They have used great local produce and the gift shop attached is beautiful.

Breakfast with a view! I had the brekky burger (photo attached) it's was absolutely spot on. All staff were happy and professionally pleasant with a nice atmosphere. Outstanding cleanliness. Highly recommended! Almost forgot to mention I absolutely loved the decor in the gents with the mirror. I would like to see what they have done with the women's.
