Gone down hill since first owner. Get a pizza and there’s nothing on it and bases are burnt.First pic is what you used to get, second pic is now. Very disappointing for what you pay.

Pizza was better than I expected.. Nice thin base. Fresh ingredients. The Supreme with the lot, Chicken Supreme and Pepperoni pizzas were all tasty. Garlic bread was good. Worth a try if you're in the mood for pizza.

Makes me so sad to leave 2 stars for this once Fantastic pizza shop. This shop used to sell the best Pizzas, loaded with fresh toppings, cooked perfectly and great quality. Now not so much now, the last 4 times i have ordered Pizzas had very minimal topping, pretty much just a cheese pizza with 2 chicken chunks on slices and 1-2 pineapple pieces , and very dry base and also raised the prices. I know the cost of living and food has gone up, so I can understand having to raise prices, but lowering the quality is what is disappointing. honestly Domino's sell far better Pizzas than this shop now and better value. It saddens me after being a customer for many years and bragging how fantastic this little shop is I will no longer be a returning customer.

My family Was planning on getting pizza tonight, however that idea went out the window once we spoke to the rude lady on the phone. We asked for prices as there was photos on google which had different prices to the ones she told us. She immediately responsed well you’re obviously on the wrong website with a condescending tone. Won’t be going there and I encourage anyone else that stumbles across this to do the same.

Tbh, my last experience wasn't great. I'm giving 5 stars though because it's usually amazing, and more importantly, when I called to say I wasn't happy the (owner?) immediately offered a credit. Sometimes people have a bad night and that's ok, the way it was handled was really good. Excellent customer service.Pizza is usually well topped, well cooked and very flavourful. Staff are very pleasant.I wish you could get pizza at lunch and not just dinner.

Never had such disgusting customer service in my life. Firstly, when I rang the girl over the phone told me to “do the math” regarding the costs of pizzas. Then when I questioned the prices on the websites page compared to the prices she told me, she then proceeded to give me attitude telling me I had the wrong website and she’ll “pass on the useless information to her boss.” What the heck, I have had Bethania pizzas many of times before however would NEVER even think about being a returning customer. I would be ashamed to have someone so rude being the face of a business.
